RUR GreenLife  Pvt. Ltd, is  committed to providing high-quality, durable Compost Machines, other associated products needed for composting and recycled products  that meet our customers’ needs. We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have taken all efforts to produce products of precise engineering.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure your satisfaction satisfying the following conditions…

Refunds & Return Policy: In case of a defective item on receipt

  1. In the absence of any defect, once the shipment has been done, the product will not be taken back just because the customer has changed his/ her mind for whatever reasons thereof. Hence there is officially no refund policy from RUR GreenLife once the product has been shipped.
  2. If the cancellation of the product is done before it is shipped, then we will refund the entire amount within a span of 15 ( Fifteen ) working days from the date of receiving of the information of cancellation.
  3. Send a photo of the damaged product or a video to info@rur.co.in within seven days from the date of delivery and inform us immediately by contacting us.
  4. The defective part or the product will be recalled and replacement will be shipped after our customer care person has a conversation with you and the action to be taken is decided.
  5. You could also directly contact us at the contact us details given in the website and explain the defect and our customer care person will guide you on next steps.
  6. Replacement will be done for the entire product or parts of the product purely based on the judgement of RUR customer care person.

The following shall not be eligible for returns or refunds or replacement:

  1. Damages due to the misuse of the product
  2. Incidental damage due to the mal functioning of the product
  3. Any accessory item that has been used or installed
  4. Any damage / defect that is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
  5. Any product that is returned without the original invoice copy
  6. Claim made by the customer that she is not satisfied with the product performance or any observation on the product after use of the product.
