Tejal is currently associated with Yog Vidya Niketan as a lecturer of Education and Psychology. She holds the degree of M.Com, DBM, DPM-IR, B.Ed, Dip. in Yogic science and Naturopathy.

Her hobbies include gardening, trekking in wild, and reading.
